I can only support 1 launch at a time and only when I can be available 24/7 so I'll need to check my calendar before committing to supporting your launch. Launch Tech Support is just like my regular tech support in every way except 2: 1 - I will respond within 1 hr Mon-Sat 2 - I will fix all tech issues instead of just teaching you how to fix them. If you are launching a new website or product, knowing you have tech support on call can relieve a lot of stress. If you don't use all your time during your launch, you won't lose it - you can use it just like you would regular tech support (48 business hour max response time).
